Description:
The program aims to create and implement tools for the integration of 400 migrant women into local communities through culture. This includes intervention at both individual and professional levels (counseling and training), as well as the creation of a community-level network.
The program will examine the barriers women face in participating in cultural activities, present good integration practices, and develop multicultural training programs and networking with local stakeholders. This is to address the difficulties migrants encounter in accessing education and the cultural life of host societies. The project also aims to systematize this process into a tool that will enable the transfer of the model at a European level.
