This website is provided by the “Municipality of Larissa,” located at Ionos Dragoumi 1 Street, P.O. Box 41222, Larissa, hereinafter referred to as the “Municipality,” and is available only to legal entities and individuals over the age of 16 who are capable of entering into legally binding agreements under applicable law. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not permitted to use the website.

2. MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS OF USE

The “Municipality” reserves the right to revise and update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Website following any changes to these Terms of Use constitutes your acceptance of such changes. Any part of the Website may be modified, supplemented, deleted, or updated without notice, at the sole discretion of the “Municipality.”

3. PRIVACY POLICY

4. LICENSE – WEBSITE OWNERSHIP

6. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

a) External links. The Website may contain links to third-party websites and resources (linked sites). These linked sites are provided solely for your convenience and not as sites whose content is endorsed by the “Municipality.” The “Municipality” makes no representations or warranties regarding the correctness, accuracy, performance, or quality of any content, software, service, or application available on any linked site. The “Municipality” is not responsible for the availability of linked sites or the content or activities of such sites. If you decide to access linked sites, you do so at your own risk and responsibility. Furthermore, the use of linked sites is subject to the applicable policies, terms, and conditions, including, but not limited to, the linked site’s privacy policy.

(b) Internal links. Linking to any page of the Website other than www.larissa.gov.gr (or larissa-dimos.gr) via a plain text link is strictly prohibited unless there is a separate linking agreement with the “Municipality.” Any website or other device that provides a link to the site www.larissa.gov.gr (or larissa-dimos.gr) or any page available within it is not permitted (a) to reproduce the Content, (b) use a browser or border environment around the Content, (c) imply in any way that the “Municipality” endorses it, (d) misrepresent any fact, including its relationship with the “Municipality”, (e) present false information regarding the “Municipality’s” services, and (f) use any logo or trademark of the “Municipality” without the prior express written permission of the “Municipality.”

7. TERMINATION – SUSPENSION OF THE WEBSITE’S OPERATION

You agree that the “Municipality,” in its sole discretion, has the right to terminate or suspend your use of the website, its content, and/or information at any time and for any reason, or even without cause, even even if access and use continue to be permitted to others. Upon such suspension or termination of use, you are required to (a) immediately cease using the website and the services, and (b) destroy any copy of any portion of the content that you have created. Access to the website, the Information, or the Services following termination, suspension, or discontinuation as described above constitutes unauthorized access. Furthermore, you agree that the “Municipality” shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination or suspension of your access to the website, the Information, and/or the Services.

The “Municipality” makes every effort to ensure that its information and content as a whole are accurate, clear, reliable, complete, correct, and accessible.

9. VISITOR OBLIGATIONS

This User Agreement is governed by the provisions of Greek and international law, as well as the directives and regulations of European law. It shall be interpreted in accordance with the principles of good faith and fair dealing. In the event that any provision is deemed contrary to the law and therefore invalid or voidable, it shall automatically cease to be in force, without in any way affecting the validity of the remaining terms. The competent courts for any disputes arising from this agreement are the Courts of Larissa.

Furthermore, the user must refrain from any illegal or abusive use of the website’s content. The user assumes responsibility for any form of damage caused to the website by the user due to their improper actions. In the event of any lawsuit, claim, administrative or judicial action brought against the website due to any form of violation thereof, the visitor undertakes, on the one hand, to intervene in the relevant legal proceedings and, on the other hand, to indemnify the website in the event that it is ordered to pay damages or other compensation.
